im 13 and i want to loose 5 pounds or more in one week. i have gym every other day and we usually go out on the track, i walk 3 or 4 laps equaling a mile and we sometimes do step aerobics. i am 5′4 and a 1/2 and i weight 124 pounds. any weight loss sites? i am mainly looking for good diets/ foods or just a simple guide.

eat vegetarian and do 200 crunches at night and in the morning, and after school go for a jog around the block.

Normally I would say to eat less but that got me banned once so I’ll just say eat healthy foods.

Stop! Its not healthy to lose that much weight in a week. The most you should drop in 7 days is a pound, two at the most!!!!!

don’t try it… there’s no point even if you think you are fat… i thought that way last year when i was your age but my mind changed when i focused on the positive things about myself

Trust me on this. Do not worry about your weight so much. It’s only going to put more pressure and stress on yourself. Really, I know you want to, but don’t worry about it. Your weight is perfect.
Just keep being healthy
1. Drink water all the time.
2. Eat healthy all the time. You can have a treat once in a while.
3. Exercise. Get a gym membership and use the treadmill or any machine there.
4. Get plenty of sleep. 8 hours being the minimum.
Trust me, you will look and feel great! It boosts your confidence too!

It’s called the South Beach Fat Flush, And all you do is drink Cranberry Juice for 72 hours straight…. You’ll Drop 5lbs like THAT!!!!!!!!! ……. (You couldn’t see me, but i just snapped….)

Just eat healthy and continue exercising cause you are still young and dieting would not be good for you. Eat your veggies and fruits! Always hydrate yourself with water!

according to, your BMI is 21.3 (5′4″, 124lbs.) which is well within the “normal range” for BMI

First of all that is the normal weight for a girl your age! Don’t focus on losing weight right now, although it would be smart to still keep up with your training, but just do it for the healthier benefit’s! it would also be good to eat healthy as well, but don’t cut down on your eating.

I think that the best way is to use the Master Cleanse or Lemonade diet. It helped Beyonce loose 20 pounds in two weeks and my friend was on it too and she lost about 8 pounds in a week. All u do is drink it for ten days without eating only a few fruits or snacks and also a little exercise will help. You will gain energy, loose fat, be happy and it cleanse your system.
Lemonade Diet Recipe
For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:
*2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice NOT BOTTLED JUICE!! (approx. 1/2 lemon),
*2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
*1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
*1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water, NOT fluoridated water.
